Brad has been a Director of Stonemark since 2017 and worked full time with the team since 2014.
His experience ranges from overseeing the accounting function to guiding the strategic direction of the organization. In addition to having experience with animal agriculture and real estate, Brad has also been a partner in multiple large-scale Christmas events.
Brad holds a BBA from Trinity Western University, MPAcc from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Brent has been a Director of Stonemark since 2017. Prior to that, he helped grow a variety of companies across different industries including commercial real estate, education, events and entertainment, and digital marketing. He began his career with four years at PwC, primarily working in the Deals group providing M&A advisory services on transactions with an aggregate value of over US$1 billion.
Brent holds a BBA (Honours) from Trinity Western University, an MPAcc from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from the Tianjin University of Finance and Economics / Trinity Western University, and is a CPA.
Kiran joined Stonemark in 2015 and oversees all accounting, tax, corporate finance, governance, and risk management functions. Prior to joining the group, Kiran has years of public practice experience including working in PwC’s tax group with private companies and their shareholders on acquisitions, divestitures, major projects, and reorganizations.
Kiran holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a CPA.
Corey joined Stonemark in 2020 and has extensive experience working with senior management teams and private business owners on M&A and financing transactions, as well as corporate growth initiatives. He has transaction experience across a diverse range of industries.
From 2012 to 2019, Corey worked at PwC in the Corporate Finance group in Vancouver.
In 2011, he worked in the Corporate Development group of Viterra in Calgary. Corey received a BBA (Honours) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a CPA.
Fred Fleming and Rick Reimer's business partnership started nearly 40 years ago when they discovered their shared vision for how to do business and create a positive impact. The partnership has now entered its second generation.
The two founders continue to provide strategic support and oversight to the company, while also ensuring Stonemark stays true to its entrepreneurial roots and core values of integrity, commitment, performance, and family.
